Stacy Pobatschnig is the founder of Civic Rentals and has spent more than a decade working with governments on short-term rental oversight, regulatory programs, and compliance initiatives. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with hundreds of jurisdictions across North America and internationally to help public authorities better understand and manage short-term rental activity. Her work has focused on the operational side of STR programs, including regulatory implementation, program administration, and the practical tools governments need to monitor and manage short-term rental markets.
